Information, Reservation & Booking Procedure

If you want to make the reservation or need more information, feel free to Chat Us to get fast responses. A fixed booking is better thing to help us for preparing all components needed during your premium boat tour in Komodo National Park.

Payment Method

All tour prices that we prepared in the form of IDR and USD. It is advisable to send the down payment by Wise, Paypal or Bank Account Number. To confirm your booking premium boat tour with us, you only pay 40% of the total amount as down payment. 60% you will be pay 20 day before the tour starts.

Communication

Quotation and confirmation will be sent to you by email or WhatsApp after our program is fixed. We will reply all your email/message within at least 1x24 hours.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• We will charge you 20% when you make cancellation 60 day before your arrival date to cover all bookings.

• We will charge you 40% when you make cancellation 30 day before your arrival date to cover all bookings.

• We will charge you 60% when you make cancellation 20 day before your arrival date to cover all bookings.

• We will charge you with full payment when you are no show on arrival date or very late confirmation.
